Chicken Curry with Coconut Milk



Ingredientes
−2 skinless and boneless chicken breastss)
−1 large onion
−2 clove of garlic
−1 cup of coconut milk
−1/2 cup yogurt
−1 ts grated fresh ginger
−2 ts curry powder
−Cooked rice for 4 (to serve with)


Preparación
Fry the chopped onion and garlic in olive oil and saute until tender. Add the diced chicken and fry until slightly brown. Add the coconut milk, yogurt, grated ginger and curry powder to the pan. Add salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
