Ingredients
−4 chicken breast
−2 ts Flour
−2 oranges
−1 cup of sherry
−Olive oil
Preparation
Cut the sliced chicken breast in dices, place on a bowl and add salt and freshly ground pepper. Spingle with flour until they are all covered.
Fry with 2 tsp of olive oil until they are brown. Add the peeled oranges sliced in eights and a cup of sherry.
Let it simmer until the alcohol evaporates and it forms a thick sauce.
Server with diced fried potatoes.
